The following list contains many of the policies which have been approved by the Three Meadows Board of Directors or the membership. It is not comprehensive, and please contact the 3M webmaster (Scott at the moment) with any proposed changes.
Residential use: Because 3M is a residential community, it is expected that any professional activities by residents should have the outward appearance of a residential use.
Nest egg: Not expected to be allowed to fall below $50K without approval of a majority of the membership.
Tractor use: Coordinate with Kay Hodgson or Stephanie Hubber.
Borrowing tools from barn: Be sure to use the white board to sign out any tools you have borrowed.
Visitors who wish to engage in bird watching should get prior permission from the 3M President.
